'BEST OF THE BEST' SHOWCASED DURING NATIONAL PCC DAY. The Postal Service recognized outstanding service and individual achievement demonstrated by members among its nationwide network of Postal Customer Councils (PCCs). The awards were announced by the Postmaster General during the National PCC Day broadcast on September 21st 2011. This annual event brings together mailers, industry partners and customers to recognize their contributions to the Postal Service.

It is with great pleasure that we can announce that during a incredibly challenging business climate the South Suburban Postal Customer Council were the winners of the National Gold Award. This prestigious recognition is awarded to select top PCC's around the country.
